We had an amazing stay at the Cosy Town House! Thomas, the host, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He provided us with valuable local knowledge and made our check-in process very easy. The house itself is charming and filled with vintage charm, which added a unique touch to our experience. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, accommodating our family of three perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen stocked with breakfast essentials like tea, coffee, toast, eggs, yogurt. This was a lovely bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable.

This town house is perfect for young people! The location is convenient with regular buses and it feels like a cozy home away from home. The host, Thomas, is exceptional and provides groceries for cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. The house is warm, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. The bed is really comfortable, with an electric blanket for added coziness. a fantastic stay with everything you need!
Felt very lucky to have found it, nothing to complain about.

The owner was really friendly and helpful during our stay. He took the time to sit down with us and assist us with planning our itinerary for the city. The fact that we were the only guests during our stay was also a bonus, as it made the house feel more private and exclusive. the house itself was beautifully decorated, with unique and interesting furnishings that gave it a lot of character.
Some of the decor in the house was outdated and in need of updating. While some aspects of the furnishings were excellent, there were other areas that could have used a refresh.

My stay at the cozy townhouse was absolutely delightful. The owner, Tom, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provided helpful information about the city and made sure I had everything I needed. The house itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The location was quiet enough to relax but still close enough to the nightlife for easy access. The kitchen had a wide variety of food options for breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The fast WiFi was a bonus. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a wonderful stay in Belfast.
The walk to the Cathedral Quarter took about 25 minutes, which was a bit far. However, it was manageable and the option of a cheap taxi ride was available.
